Vinum Unicornis is a consultation service for creating and curating, adding to, and assessing current home wine cellars for clients in the Flathead Valley.

• We work with your favorite local wine shops to custom build special orders for your home wine collection.
• Whether you are interested in starting a collection, or adding to a current one, we custom build a selection of wines catered to your tastes.
• We specialize in hard to find wines AKA Unicorn Wines, as well as rare and unique grape varietals. We can help you find wines, or introduce you to wonderful new ones.

Our Sommelier
Jacob Eubank grew up in the Flathead Valley of Northwestern Montana. From a young age, the influence of nature has always been a leading inspiration for his endeavors. Jacob has been a professional in the hospitality industry for over 20 years in a variety of roles, restaurants, and hotels. That early inspiration of nature led Jacob to pursue employment in areas of the restaurant industry that focused on local or sustainable food sources. Ultimately he found a love of wine, and worked his way up to the wine team at several globally known restaurants. His experiences as Sommelier at many of these places allowed him to work with old and new producers who have focused on making wine with limited intervention, solely intent on delivering wines from vineyard to bottle with nothing but the magic of spontaneous fermentation. Some of those properties have held AAA 5 Diamond awards, Michelin Guide’s 2 and 3 Star ratings, Wine Spectators Grand Award, as well as positions on the World’s 50 Best Restaurants lists.
